There are two types of leanness in people. One type of people are lean from the birth but their bodies are fit and fine. These people are neither weak nor their leaning is attributed to any disease. Their entire body organs function properly and their mechanism is not troubled by any kind (of problems). These people have surprising vitality and their immunity is comparatively more and their tolerance level is also well. These people are healthy, live a long life and hesitate neither in doing any work nor get tired after doing a work. The second type of people are bony because of some disease.

Besides this the persons addicted to morphen, cocaine, afeem also become lean. Lymphoma, rickets, sarcoma, leukemia, diarrhea, cancer, jaundice, syphilis, breathing problems, loss of mesenteric tissues, brain tumour, dyspepsia also account make one lean.

 

Cure with herbs

  • Every morning suck sweet mango and drink nut soaked and boiled in milk and drink. It in crease the vigour and makes the body healthy.
  • Eating kheer (rice pudding) made in 250 milk added with 12 gram raisin, 5 gram chhuara (nut), makhana (euryle forex) 7 grams helps strengthen the body by adding flesh over skin.
  • Before going to bed at night take desired amount of raisin (after taking its seed out) followed with water. In a few days it will remove the weakness and make the body brawny. Remember eating large quantity of raisin may cause diarrhea so take it as per your own capacity.
  • Taking 250 or 124 gram of milk after taking 20 grams of raisin daily morning makes the body burly.
  • Drinking 20 gram quath of kasmarda root in physical debilities strengthens the body.
  • In normal debility the body should be massaged with nirgundi oil.
  • Consuming punarnava with milk strengthens the body.
  • As a healthy and vitality supplement consumption of 3 grams of vidari kand mixed with 6 grams of sugar loaf makes the body healthy.
  • Roast powdered vidari kand 50 gram, maize floor 50 grams, wheat floor 50 grams in 50 grams of purified butter. Add 10 grams of cashew, almond, chiraunji, jaifal, white musli, clove, cardamom along with honey and give it round shaped sweet (laddu). Taking this sweet twice a day in the morning and evening with milk removes physical debilities and tones the body
  • Make powder of the dried skin of gorakhmundi. Add twice the quantity of honey to it. Consuming it with lukewarm milk for 40 days invigorates the physical stamina.
  • Apply yoga to cure boniness
  • Divya medha quath, divya amrit rasayan (awleh), divya chyavanprash, divya vasant kusmakar oil and divya baadaam paak is very beneficial for the health. Badam pak is a healthy tonic. Divyakusmakr ras is effective not only in diabetes but it also plays an important role in immunizing the body against many diseases. Administering Divya chyavanprash not only removes physical weakness but it also removes mental weakness. Its doses increases the energy, vitality and power in the body. Divya amrit rasayana (awleh) is beneficial tonic for mental nourishment. This boosts the memory and provides immunity, strength and power to the body.

Asana and pranayama

Ardha matsyendrasana, pashchimottanasana, udarshakti vikasak asana, kurmasana, dhanurasana, uttanpadasana, shalabhasana, sarvangasana, shavasana and halasana will be effective (in boniness). Practice kunjar, neti, dhauti, shankha prakshalana, deep breathing pranayama and anulom-viloma. Doing all these asanas brings positive changes in hormonal activities of the body and consumed foods start acting on body which removes the weakness and makes the body healthy.

Diet

One should drink milk after asana and pranayam. Eat seasonal fruits and sprouted grains. Take boiled vegetables, bread, salad and curd in the meals. Drink fruit juice of vegetable soup in the afternoon. Take desired food quantity for dinner at night. Avoid fastfood, junkfood, soft drinks, tea, coffee. Minimise sugar usage. Avoid toxic medicines as it damage health.
