23/femle hello sir muze 6 month se constipation and gastric problem hai. mere body me internal heat bahot jyada hai aur acidity bhi bar bar hoti hai stomach aur heart me jalan hoti hai. thodasa bhi khane ke bad turant pet me gas ban jati hai kabhi kabhi gas ke karan heart me bhi pain hote hai. toilet bilkul saf nahi hoti. mera pet gas ke karan hamesha fula rehta ususe dinbhar uncomfortable feel hota hai. mera man bahot aswasth aur upset rehta kuch bhi krne ka man nahi krta plz plz help me doctor

Ayurvedic Medicine

Acidity is a problem that affects the digestion. It leads to a weak digestive fire or agni and then you may have constipation also. Ayurvedic medicines along with a healthy lifestyle will help to improve the digestion. Try to drink enough water which will support digestion.

Medicines like Gandharvahastadi kwath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Sooktyn for Hyperacidity and Triphala Churna can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Eat easily digestable warm cooked food. Include ginger, spinach, peas, beans, broccoli, brussel, turmeric, cumin and garlic. Reduce excess potatoes, beans, sugar, salt, excessive spicy and oily foods. Try to eat early at night and avoid large meals. Yogasnas like Vajrasana, Padmasana, Siddhasana, Triokonasana and Navasana helps to improve digestion.

Hello,Acidity and flatulence are major issues of digestive system these days due to improper lifestyle. Ayurveda call it as AMALPITTA where the digestive fire increases from normal levels thereby causing bloating, blurring and burning sensation in oesophagus. Stress enhances the condition by increasing the stress hormones thus causing indigestionInternal administration include-1.Kamdudha ras-1 tablet thrice a daywith luke warm water2. Avipattikar churan-before meals twice a day with luke warm water.3. Dhatri lauha-1 tablespoon twice a day with lemon water. it recovers the absorption process.4. sukumara ghrit-1 tablespoon early morning empty stomach once a day. It may impair digestion for few days but is very efficient in acidity.YOGA-Yoga wont help in treating but improvises the digestive sysytem. Yogic exercises like vajrasan,paschimottansan, bhujangasan, Ardh matsya asan,padahasth asan,padma san and savasan massages the digestive sysytem thus reduces the excessive acidic secreations while breathing excersises like ujjayi, sheetali pranayam and bhstrika pranayam relaxes the mind.
