Gerd is the gastroesophageal refluz disease that affects the digestion. The inflammation in the mucous membrane of the stomach increases mucous production and weakens the lower esophageal sphincter. It leads to the back flow causing discomfort especially after larger meals.

Gastric trouble Ayurvedic medicine can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Eat easily digestable light cooked food. Reduce excess refined flour, fried, fatty foods, chocolates, carbonated beverages and foods that cause flatulence like cabbage, beans, dal, potatoes. Taking smaller meals will be beneficial. Include spices like asafoetida, cinnamon, turmeric, cumin seeds and ginger. Try to eat atleast 4hrs before going to bedto ease the digestion. Taking Yogasanas like Marjaryasana, Navasana, Trikonasana, Pavanamuktasana, Vajrasana, Shavasana and Utkadasana will be beneficial.

Halitosis is the bad odor from the mouth that is seen commonly with improper digestion and poor oral hygiene. The bacteria present in the tongue causes a thick coating which emanates the bad smell especially if there is residual food particles after eating. So rinsing mouth after eating helps if there are no other systemic causes.

Ayurvedic medicines like Panchasava and Divya Ajamodadi Churna can be used for a month and then reviewed. Divya Dant Kanti Tooth paste can be used instead of normal tooth paste and the normal mouth washes also helps.

Include fig, yam, prunes, raisins, fiber, carrots, pine apples and cucumber. Avoid excess teas, coffee, sweets, salt, refined flour and oil. Yogasanas like Padmasana, Vajrasana, Pavanamuktasana, Trikonasana, Halasana and Bhujangasana are beneficial.

Your problem is called as Halitosis also called as bad breath, it is something related to your stomach and though your maintaining oral hygiene, you still get bad breath from mouth and this condition is called Halitosis. If you are suffering from indigestion with sour belching and hyperacidity, there are chances that you get Halitosis. If you are not passing stools properly and if you keep on taking food heavily all the times without chewing it properly, then there are chances that you get bad breath. So, try to correct your digestive system and see if there is any change in bad odor from mouth.

Following medications are indicated in your case such as Divya Kutajarishta and Divya Vidangasava in combination 30 ml twice daily after food is recommended. You can also use Divya Panchakola Churna one teaspoon twice daily before food with warm water.

Food wise, try to consume easily digestible food and it is preferably if you can take only rice gruel at night times which helps as medication. You can use green leafy vegetables and try to cut down all types of fatty foods and maintain proper intervals between food and drink lukewarm water always. If you pass stools properly, then slowly problems can be corrected. It is better to do fasting once in a week or once in a month depending up on the severity.

You can practice Sarvangasana, Suryanamaskara, Paschimottanasana, Pavanamuktasana, Ustrasana, Matsyendrasana are indicated along with Anulomaviloma Pranayama, Bastrika Pranayama, Bramari Pranayama.
