Ayurvedic Medicine

Kapala bhati can be practised after a week when there is a ease with the pain. Take good rest and follow the advise of your treating physician. You can take Organic Osteoseal capsules for a month and then review. Ayurvedic treatments including vasti, oil masssage, elai kizhi, kati vasti and pizhichal will be beneficial for arthritis. Please let me know about the liver problem to guide you with medicines. Dhanvantaram thailam can be applied externally which will help to tone the muscles. Include turmeric, ginger, cissus quadrangularis, milk, buttermilk, cumin, pepper, garlic, coriander and berries. Reduce excess canned foods, cold foods, oil, sugar, salt and carbonated drinks. Rehabilitative exercises must be continued as advised to improve the flexibility of the joints.
