Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Yes, Aswagandha churnam can be taken along with Varunadi Kvath - 15ml with 60ml of boiled and warm water before food twice daily for a better effect. Aswagandha churnam can be taken with warm water twice daily before food and please review after a month.

It helps to reduce weight owing to its adaptogenic property and reduces the cortisol levels as well as the metabolism. It also reduces the inflammation and hence will reduce the pain in the joints.

Try to have smaller meals and early supper will be beneficial. Include pepper, oats, horsegram, cabbage, cinnamon, jujube fruit, garlic, ginger, turmeric, drumstick, bittergourd, plantain stem, bottle gourd and honey. Reduce excess sweets, canned foods, refined flour, caffeine, salt and oil. Practise Yogasanas like Paravatasana, Navasana, Halasana, Trikonasana, Matsyasana, Dhanurasana, Uthithapadasana, Utkadasna, Paschimottasana, Padahastasana and Matsyasana which will be beneficial.
