Hello,

As you are suffering from hypertension, and irregular heartbeats, you can continue ayurvedic medicines, and herbal remedies, siddha, homeopathy, and other Indian system of medicines that help you to control hypertension. You can practice yoga and pranayama, naturopathy are useful.

Ayurvedic medicines are helpful to reduce symptoms such as headache, fatigue, restlessness, difficulty in breathing, insomnia, etc.,

Reduce salt intake and minimum requirement such as 3.1gm per day per adult person is recommended.

You can consume Amla Juice, Triphala Churna are useful.

Home remedies such as consuming 2 teaspoon of onion juice and 1 teaspoon of honey once a day for a month.

Fruits like apple, papaya, pomegranate and other fruits are useful.

Yoga and Pranayama like Shavasana, Vajrasana , Sukhasana,Sarvangasanam,Anuloma-viloma pranayamaAnulomvilom pranayama,Bhramari pranayama,Nadi shodhan pranayama, Ujjayai pranayama etc are useful. If you are beginner and if you have any physical illnesses, you can practice these poses under supervision.

Medications:Arujuna and Divya Mukta Vati, Divya Arunjarishta can be consumed daily once after food.

Hello dear. Hypertension is the most common life style dussorder. Mist of the time treatment of hypertension become failure. It needs cooperation from the parients. Ayurveda treatment of hypertension includes medicine, diet, exercise and meditation.

Acording to ayurveda you have to wake up early in the morning and sleep early in the night. It makes your sleep proper and relaxes your mind. Exercise is the otjer important thing. You have to walk for half an hour or other wise do some brisk exercise daily. Diet should be on time.

As food you have to avoid pungent and salty items. Take more green leafy vegitables and salads. At least one time you have to take some rice otems but avoid taking rice items in all tje tjree rimes.

Take gandharva hastadi kashayam 2 tabke spoon twice daily. Kamadhuga rasa one tablets two times before food.

As a single remeady you can take juice of leafe of muringa olifera tree.it helps to reduce your B0P.

You can learn sheetali and sheetkari pranayama frome some yoga expert. it helps to cool your mind. Think about possitivr things always. Good luck...
