Ayurvedic Medicine

Avascular necorosis develops gradually due to the impaired blood circulation to the bone. Initially there will not be more pain and when the condition progresses there will be pain even at rest. So medicines must be taken regularly to protect the joint especially when the bony ends are involved. It will collapse the joint due the to destruction of the bone.

Ayurvedic medicines like Guggulutiktaka Kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Brihat Vata Chintamani and Asthiposhak Calcium Supplement Tablet can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Livorex tablets for Liver can be taken for 3months and then review. Please let me know the liver function test and the symptoms to guide you further.Include coriander, cissus quadrangularis, pepper, turmeric, garlic, long pepper and ginger. Reduce excess cold refrigerated foods, cannedfood, sugar, salt and oil. Please do have regular checkups to maintain the joint function.
