Sir,my age is 31 and i m suffering from bone deficiency my both lower legs from knees are bend outwards, it was slightly bend from childhood but now for last five years im noticing that my legs are bending more day by day and even i cant stand longer time as i use to before, it pains a lot in my lower leg, when i walk i can hear a sound from my ankles and knees(knocking knees and ankles) and when i stand staright there is a big gape between both my knees, Im worried of it because if i dont care at this age i think i wont be able to walk after few years. I search alot about this problem on net and also counsalted to orthopedic, they took x-ray of my legs and finaly said it is bones deformity and only solution is to operate it and have to re-align, they told me the method they will use to operate is (Ilizarov-Veklich) its an russian method. I would like to know is there any other solution for this? is it possible to make it straight without surgery? because i dont wants to go for surgery, i m looking treatment in ayurveda or yoga, please provide me the detail regarding my bowlegs treatment.

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Bending in lower limbs is very common problem. This problem generally don`t creates any problem or pain but may look cosmetically less attractive. If you are feeling pain or weakness then take good nutritional diet rich in calcium, vitamins and minerals. Milk, eggs and sun light is very god for you. There is no need go for surgery just to increase the beauty till you are not feeling any problem. Surgery may keep you bed ridden for long time and if bones do not join straight then they may further create problems. So be very much clear whether you are in real need of surgery or not. Bones can not be straightened with only medicines at this time.
