I'm 25 years old, female and I am experiencing breast pain for quite a while now. At first it was heavy breast pain before my monthly period after that it was gone. For the next couple of months, the pain was still there. But it's not heavy anymore. Until now I still experience it but not often as it was before. I haven't seen my doctor yet due to uncertain situation. I can say the pain is less now but it still there occasionally. I'm taking apple cider vinegar now and I can say it helps but the pain is quite still here. What remedies should I do?

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Pain that occurs before periods is common and it reduces after the periods. The pain that stays constantly is due to lumps or fibroadenoma. Please take the following medicines for a month and then review. Other factors like over weight, poor bras, poor postures and tight clothings can also cause pain. Please let me know more details to guide you further.

Medicines like Varunadi kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food, Divya Medohar Vati and Triphala churnam) can be taken.

Include coriander, avocados, olive oil, curry leaf, papaya and turmeric. Reduce excess fried foods, sugar, salt, canned foods and refined flour. Yogasanas like Navasana, Paschimottasana, Matsyasana, Dhanurasana, Padahastasana, Bhujangasana, Gomukhasana, Uthithapadasana, Utkadasna and Janushirasana are beneficial.
