Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Nasal polyps are abnormal tissue growth arising mainly from the mucous membranes of the nose and paranasal sinuses. The inflammation leads to nasal congestion, rhinitis, sinusitis, breathing difficulty etc. It can be controlled well with medicines and life style changes. It also varies from person to person. Some are able to manage without symptoms and the treatment depends on the symptoms. You can take Dasamoola katutrayadi kasayam- 10ml with 40ml boiled and warm water before food, Talisapatradi churnam - 1 tsp four times daily after food. It it is not inflammed, do nasyam with Shad bindhu thailam. Eat healthy warm food. Avoid cold, fried fatty foods. Include turmeric, pepper, basil, pine apple, mushroom, garlic, mustard greens, apples, broccoli, berries, cherries. Do pranayamam focussing on the inhalation and exhalation. Do steam inhalations to get relief from congestion. Avoid cold breeze. Dr.Ramani.
