Ayurvedic Medicine

Please provide me with more details like RBS, FBS, PPBS and HbA1C to guide you further. Please mention the allopathy medicines you are taking to control the blood sugar levels. Tiredness is a common symptom noticed when the sugar is uncontrolled or can be seen even in controlled blood sugar levels. The high blood sugar level prevents the absorption of the glucose to the cells due to increased insulin resistance or lack of insulin.

Ayurvedic medicines like Nisakadakadi kvath- 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily and Divya madunashini vati can be taken to control diabetes.

Include bottle gourd, complex carbohydrates, fiber, dark green leafy vegetables, bitter gourd, fenu greek, ginger, jamun seeds, beans, mushrooms, cinnamon, garlic, salmon, avocados and turmeric. Avoid excess canned foods, sugar, fat, oil and salt. Try to control the body weight. Yogasanas like Utkadasana, Matsyasana, Bhujangasana, Padmasana, Paschimottasana, Trikonasana, Halasana and Mayurasana will be beneficial.
