Dear sir, I am suffering from IBS from last 3 months and have taken allopathic medication but symptoms return after I stop use. I am 45 years old, diabetic with hypertension. My gall bladder was removed in Jan 2020. I have alternate symptoms, both diarrhea and constipation. Kindly suggest suitable remedy for permanent healing.

Guruji, pranam, I'm suffering from unknown disease from last 2 yrs. I have visited AIIMS, APOLLO, SIR GANGA RAM hospitals New Delhi. Also taken advice of local 25-30 doctors, 6 homeopathy doctors, 3 ayurvedic doctors and even visited patanajali twice but no improvement observed. Now my problem is I feel something entrapped in my anus and rectum area, feel as it will burst, can't sit properly cant walk properly, cant sleep. I stand any how contract slowly my anus area and then urinate. Approx 50 to 200ml urine comes out, I feel some relief but again after 10-20min some irritation starts near anus area, feel as something tightening and again I get forced to urinate and this continues. Till now 6 times KUB ultra sound, 15 times urine and stool culture and ones trus ultra sound for prostrate has been done. Only things found is E-Coli in urine and stool both and all test were negative. some doctors says it is due to e-coli and suggested for broad anti biotics. I've taken 6 mths continued antibiotic as per culture report. But no improvement. Some doctors says it is prostratitis infection, my trus report says prostrate is normal, then also eaten long time antibiotic, homeopathic meticine for prostrate, ayurvedic medicine for prostrate(ayurstate), done sit bath for 5 mths. but no improvement observed.twice eaten patanjali medicine for 15-20 days but yet no improvement observed. Some doctors says it is IBS.
