Hello,Fatty liver results from altered fat metabolism which causes the accumulation of fat which is left untreated leads to hepatitis named steato hepatitis. In order to have accurate evaluation, blood investigation reports including LFT and Ultrasonography is required.Ayurvedic medicines like triphala kshaya and giloy kshaya can be taken as prophylactic line of treatment.Ayurvedic medicines recommended for you for 3 months are-1.Kaishor guggul-1 tablet thrice a day with luke warm water after meals.2.Varunadi kshaya- 30ml in equal amount of water after meals. In panchkarma, virechan is extremely useful in reducing clearing the pitta dosha from upper part of body.Raktamokshana is another process where pitta dosha is cleared from skin.Dietary changes are recommended like reduce the intake of carbohydrate enriched food items and sugar rich drinks. vitamin E enriched food products along with omega 3 fatty acid and vitamin D should be encouraged.Yogic exercises like ardhmatsyendra asan, shalabhasan, padmasan, vajrasan are highly recommneded to burn calories.Presently on going medicines for diabetes should be continued and no changes should be made in that prescription.
