Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

As per your description, please consult your nearest Ayurvedic physician with all your reports who will be able to guide you better. In case of acute cholecystitis, there will be a progressive increase in the pain. Surgery is advised based on the number, size of the stones, symptoms, thickness of the gall bladder wall and bile duct. If there are stones in the bile duct, it will block the flow of bile causing jaundice.

If left untreated, the symptoms may become severe with chronic cholecystitis and may also cause pancreatitis. Ayurvedic doctor can prescribe you medicines after a clinical examination and by going through the reports.

It is important to maintain healthy lifestyle changes to prevent the recurrence of stones. Include pepper, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, bottle gourd, plantain stem, turmeric, horse gram and cinnamon. Avoid excess meat, carbonated beverages, oil, canned foods, butter, salt, sugar, caffeine and milk. Regular exercise will be beneficial. Try to keep your weight under control and doing yogasanas, pranayamam and meditation will help to reduce stress.
