Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Gall bladder polyps are the growths seen due to the excess deposition of cholesterol. Please let me know all the investigations to guide you further. These can cause biliary colic or pancreatitis when left untreated. Medicines must be continued for a longer duration to reduce or control the growth.

Medicines like Varunadi Kwath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Guggulu pancha pala churnam - 1tsp after food with honey twice daily and Divya Kanchanar Guggulu can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Include green leafy vegetables, berries, barley, coriander, gokshuram, horse gram, plantain stem and cucumber. Reduce excess canned foods, meat, calcium supplements, oil, sugar and salt. Yogasanas like trikonasana, dhanurasana, bhujangasana, pavanamuktasana, matsyasana will be beneficial. Please do have regular checkups to assess the size of the polyps.
