Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Height gain after 23yrs will be restricted as the bony ends fuse together. But I shall suggest the basic medicines that will help to increase the growth so that it can increase a marginal change in height. Please do have regular checkups with your gynecologist based on the periods.

Medicines like Height Gain Ayurvedic medcines, Divya Kanchanar Guggulu and Aswagandha churnam- 1tsp before food with warm water twice daily can be taken for a month and reviewed.

Include low fat milk, spinach, cissus quadrangularis, curry leaf and broccoli. Reduce excess canned foods, refined flour, sweets, carbonated drinks and salt. Yogasanas like Tadasana, Paschimottasana, Ustrasana, Sarvangasana, Trikonasana are beneficial to keep the weight under control and can stretch the joints.
