As height has a genetic influence, it is difficult to increase it with medicines. But along with medicines some stretching exercises can be practised which will be favorable. Yogasanas like Padahastasana, Tadasana, Trikonasana, Paschimottasana,Ustrasana and Supported Sarvangasana can be practised. Good sleep is also a vital factor for the normal growth. Try to keep your weight under control as the increase in weight will make you look more shorter.

As with the menstruation, the researches states that earlier the menarche, lesser is the height. This is due to the fusing of the long bones earlier due to the oestrogen in the ovaries. But you can continue exercise as it will help to increase the height in which the longer ends fuse around 22-23yrs.

Ayurvedic medicines like Height Gain Ayurvedic medcines and Aswagandha lehyam - 1tsp before food twice daily can be taken for a month and then reviewed. Include curry leaf, milk, sesame seeds, egg, yoghurt, soya, broccoli, nuts, beans, chick peas and mustard greens.

You can easily increase height as you might aware that height growth can takes place till 20-23 years and later on the long bones gets fused and there are very less chances of height growth. As your age is just 16 years, it is easier to increase height by following combined efforts including intake of medicines and also participating in activities that helps to increase your height. After attaining puberty and menstrual cycle, there are hormonal activity changes and based on that there are chances of gaining height.

Following medicines are helpful to increase height such as Height Gain Ayurvedic Capsules one-one after food and also Ashwagandha Ghritha one teaspoon early in the morning in empty stomach and also Divya Badam Pak one teaspoon twice daily after food with milk and also if you are in mixed diet and in non-vegetarian diet you can consider having meat soup or goat legs soup which is also helpful in increasing height.

You can participate in swimming, long jumping activities and in sports, you can practice Basket Ball, and Handball and volleyball which are helpful in increasing height.

In Yoga, also you can practice Surya Namaskara, Sarvangasana, Paschimottanasana, Baddakonasana, Veerabadrasana, Vinyas Yoga are helpful.

Hi,

As to increase the height and over all growth of the body, the complete nourishment of dhatus is needed. Dhatus are nothing but being compared with the body tissues.

So when ever the poushan/nourishment of the dhatus will be there , then the growth of the body will also be proper.

Generally the height and basic physical structure of a person depends upon the parents also, but apart from this other things which will help you and most f the people having this problem are -Swimming or cycling. These two exercise/sports are very good for you.
