Hypertension is when arterial blood pressure is high than normal that is 120/80.Reason for high blood pressure is obesity, stress, excessive intake of common salt, hardening of arteries, metabolic disorders, more switching of to junk food, excessive consumption of alcohal, smoking etc.You can take Mukta Vati along with allopathic medicine you are taking.Once your bp will come to normal decrease the dose of allopathic medicine and gradually the allopathic medicine is stopped. If after that bp stays normal with mukta vati you can decrease the dose of mukta vati and slowly and slowly mukta vati is also stopped.Switch over to vegetarian diet.If you are obese try to loose your weight. One of the best method to reduce blood pressure is to do exercise regularly.Do pranayam and yogaasana regulary.Avoid saturated ghee ,fat, butter etc.Dr Geetika
