Dear Sir, pranayama shows good results in kidney related problems. Specially kaplalbhati pranayama. You may try if as per your comfort level slowly and gently because of your age. It is better to consult an ayurvedic doctor in person as are very senior person. For that if you can visit nearby patanjali clinic would be better. There are many other factors to be considered before starting ayurvedic medicines. I hope you understand.
