Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Raised bilirubin is seen due to the impaired function or inflammation in the liver. Please let me know all your investigation reports to guide you further. I shall suggest you with the basic medicines that will help to improve the function of the liver by reducing the bilirubin levels.

Ayurvedic medicines like Divya Sarvakalp kwath and Liverex Tablet for liver can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Include mung dal, ginger, goose berry, garlic, berries, turmeric and bottle gourd. Cooked warm food must be preferred as it will be easily digestable. Reduce excess canned foods, tea, carbonated beverages, coffee, meat, spicy, cold refrigerated foods and salt. Healthy lifestyle habits will be beneficial for a better health.
