Hello.Your problem can be solved easily. If you rectify your appetite and bowel habits, the other problems will get solved automatically.IBS includes the following symptoms: Combination of any of the following: abdominal pain and distension, more frequent bowel movements with pain, or relief of pain with bowel movements, constipation; diarrhea, excessive production of mucus in the colon, indigestion, flatulence, nausea or anorexia, varying degrees of hostile feelings, sleep disturbances, anxiety or depression. Common food allergy symptoms are: heart palpitation, hyperventilation, fatigue, excessive sweating, headaches, etc.You need to follow strict diet and proper timings of food intake along with liquids.Do not take spices and sour things.Avoid non-vegetarian foods if you are taking.Take plenty of fresh butter milk (without butter). There are few medications which you can take on regular basis for the same problem. You can take Gastric Trouble & Flatulence package medicine along with Aloevera Juice and Amla Juice, also Yashtimadhu .
