Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Divya Mukta Vati contains the ingredients like aswagandha, vacha, jyotismati, puskaramula, sarpagandha, jatamamsi, arjuna, guduchi, sanka puspi, and mukta pisti which are effective to control the blood pressure when taken regularly. But the herbs in it do not have the property to increase weight. It helps to reduce the stress, improve the memory and reduce the food craving.

Sarpagandha, jatamamsi has a property to induce sleep and excessive sleep along with unhealthy eating may increase weight.

You can continue Divya Mukta Vati. The increase of 11kgs in 3months is more, which must be controlled with diet and excercise. It will also help to reduce the blood pressure.

Eat less food in the night. Have small frequent meals. Include horsegram, cabbage, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, turmeric, drumstick, bittergourd, plantain stem. Try to avoid sleeping during the day. Do exercise or Yogasanas like Uthithapadasana, Halasana, Matsyasana, Dhanurasana,Utkadasna, Trikonasana, Paschimottasana, Padahastasana which will help to reduce the blood pressure and also to control the weight. After trying for 3months if there is no reduction in the weight, you will have to take some medicines after analysing the cause.

Continue with your medicines to get all blood tests normal. A regular medication will give you very good results and you may fully recover very soon. Your test reports are very enthusiastic. Keep taking divya mukta vati for hyoertension and you can increase its doses if blood pressure is not under control. For uncontrolled hypertension you can take ACE inhibitors as suggested by your nephrologist.
