Hello,Patanjali amla juice is safe in pregnancy and lactating mother but since amla is a coolant in nature so in case of any respiratory problem like cough and cold it may worsen the symptoms in few people.Take  patanjali amla juice in a dose of 20ml empty stomach in morning with equal amount of water avoiding coffee or tea for next 45 minutes after wards.Although instead of juice intake of raw amla fruit is more beneficial as it is organic and more safer without any preservative in amla fruit.Excess of juice or fruit should be avoided.Amla is excellent fruit in developing immunity  thus avoiding the dysuria, polyuria and recurrent respiratory infections that occur usually in pregnancy. The specific taste of amla helps in improving the digestion by activating the release of digestive enzymes and also helps in decreasing the bitter taste.Amla facilitate the absorption of iron from intestine.
