Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Noalcoholic steatohepatitis is the inflammation in the liver due to excess fat. The reason for the inflammation in some of them is not clear. But the inflammation leads to cirrhosis. Yes, there are ayurvedic medicines which will help to heal the inflammation and reduce cirrhosis.

Ayurvedic medicines like Sarvakalp kwath, Panchatikta Ghrita Guggulu Tablets and Triphala Churna can be taken for a month and reviewed.

Include pepper, phyllanthus niruri, bottle gourd, berries, cucumber, garlic, turmeric, ginger and cumin. Reduce excess raw salads, oil, sweets, cold refrigerated foods and avoid eating large meals. Good rest and sleep will help to cope up in a better way. Please do have regular checkups.
