Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hello,

In this case the patient is seen to first have undergone Alcoholic liver diseases (ALD) followed by liver cirrhosis.

Here the first treatment would be absolute negligence of alcohol. This inturn will reverse liver injury or prevent further damage.

  1. Actiliv forte tab - 2 tab twice daily after food.

  2. Ayrozyme tab - 2 tab thrice daily after food.

  3. Draksha ghritham - 1 tsp twice daily after food

  4. Patola katurohinyadi kashayam - 30 ml twice daily 1 hour before food.

Follow these medicines for 1 month and take liver investigation and get back to me for the next line of treatment.

Avoid- Sour, Pungent, Salty food, cold water, alcohol, leaves, pulses, beans.
