No effect of Madhunashini

I am a 36 year old guy with Type 2 Diabetes for last 6 years. Initially (2-3 years back) I tried madhunashini 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner - by chewing them 1 hour before meals and later with little water. my fasting sugar was 270 and there was no change. I have been doing yoga for last 8 years but surprisingly with yoga + madhunashini and total diet control my sugar levels wont go down. I am not at all overweight - i am v healthy physically, vegetarian, very much in shape ( 6 feet height, 75 kgs weight), sleep well and have regular bowel moments. many a times i tested and fasting sugar still would be 270-290

With no change in sugar levels from yoga, diet control and madhunashini after using them for 2 years, i finally added allopathy medicines- 1 mg glimepiride ( after breakfast) and 250 mg glyciphage each after lunch and dinner - fasting sugar is now at 110-120 consistently

I still am taking 1 tablet madhunashini 1 hour before lunch and 1 hour before dinner with a hope that may be this can help bring sugar levels down to 80 or so. I thought allopathy medicines might help madhunashini to have the impact it needs. and hopefully i can leave allopathy medicines as they arent best in long term.

I still dont see any results from adding madhunashini (extra power). I have tried taking it before breakfast and before dinner but didnt show any results. I still do yoga twice a day- pranayam, surya namaskar and kapalbhati (total 15 mins) in morning. push ups, pranayam, kapalbhati, agnisar kriya in evening (total 30 mins).

My current HB1AC is 6.4 and cholesterol and vitamin levels are perfectly fine. I dont eat rice, am away from fried food and snacks and off course sugar - i only take 1/2 teaspoon sugar in mornings and thats all. I also take wheatgrass and aloe vera juice regularly. My dinners are done before 7.30 pm usually, lunch before 12.30 pm - i dont eat snacks or fried food in afternoon as i do yoga around 5.30-6.00 pm

I am still not sure why my body isnt responding well - i never was obese nor did i have lifestyle issues or medical history. Many others would have perfectly balanced sugar levels with the kind of precaution I take but mine is a mystery

Anything you suggest that can help ? Thank you in advance for your support and suggestion. God Bless !
