Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

High FSH, LH and low testosterone is seen due to the impaired function of the testes that affects spermatogenesis. Please let me know the other investigations that you have. Please do have regular checkups to know the progress after taking medicines.

Ayurvedic medicines like Vidaryadi kwath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Narasimha Rasayanam - 1tsp after food twice daily and Addyzoa Capsules - one capsule twice daily after food can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Include figs, almonds, celery, ginger, asparagus, coriander, pomegranate, nut meg, capsicum, avocados and durian fruit. Reduce excess meat, fried foods, carbonated beverages, spicy, pungent foods, canned foods, sugar and salt. Yogasanas like Navasana, Baddhakonasana, Vajrasana, Halasana, Bhujangasana, Padahastasana, Padmasana, Siddhasana, Matsyasana, Shalabhasana and Pavanamuktasana will be beneficial. Pranayamam and meditation helps to reduce the stress and will support for a better health.

Respected Guruji, I am married from last 3 years and doctor told me we cannot have kids, as I am suffering from unobstructed azoospermia and there is no cause that they are able to find out. After all checkups and test they told me everything is normal but they have no answer for this. I would like to know if there is any treatment and if you have centers in USA\\Canada where I can go. Thanks
