Babaji Pranam

I am a 29 yr old female having a 3 yr old son. I have always been obese all through my life and currently weighing 100 kgs. I started putting on weight since my menstruation started. My height is 5'1". I have a tendency of putting on weight even I if do excercise/yoga/dieting etc. I have PCOS and water retention patterns, My weight fluctuates 1-2 kgs next day. Please help me reduce my weight and PCOS.

I had a ceaserean baby as my BP was quite high at that time. I feel I have depression and lot of mood swings.

PLEASE HELP ME..

Irregular periods is seen due to the harmonal imbalance and a regular periods every month indicates a healthy reproductive system. Hence it is necessary to take medicines to regularise your periods. As you are stating that you feel lump in breast, and it is very important to get it checked thoroughly with the help of gynecologist to rule out any other serious health issues There are chances that you may be suffering from fibroadenoma which is non-cancerous condition. Moreover you are relating with periods and you do complain of irregular periods. So, by combining these complaints along with your weight gain, it is better to go through complete screening and checkups to rule out any hormonal involvement like thyroid problems and even some women complain on PCOD related issues too.

By considering all factors and after ruling out possible diseases, you may start having some ayurvedic medicines which will help to regularize your periods and regarding lumps too there are some ayurvedic medicines which can help your condition. However if lumps are more painful or if size is increasing, it is better to consult gynecologist as soon as possible.
