Ovarian Cyst & thyroid

I pasted my report below for your viewing. I am 34 years old and recently diagnosed with ovarian cysts 3.5 cm. My doctor gave me an option to get pelvic laparoscopy or wait for 2-3 months to see if it goes away. I have been getting the pain for almost over a year now, that time they did the ultrasound for my stomach, but didn't see anything. I have been getting pain on/off since then. I also got diagnosed for urinary tract infections almost 4 times in this year (feels like its always there) and my CA125 level is high(55). I was diagnosed with thyroid 12 years ago. I have been on the medication(synthroid) since then and almost gained 20 lbs in 3 years. I really want to get pregnant. We have been trying for over a year now. Please suggest me what should I do in this case(yoga & medicine)? I would like to try natural remedies. I would really really appreciate your help.
