Hello madam,Ovarian cysts are fluid-filled sacs in the ovaries. Most women have ovarian cysts sometime during their lives. Fortunately, most ovarian cysts are benign and do not need any special treatment. Since in your condition the size of ovarian cyst is higher, better you can go for suggested simple surgery, meanwhile there are chances of recurrences, so you may follow these advices in order to prevent ovarian cysts.

It is believed that usually ovarian cysts occur due to hormonal imbalance which occurs due to improper food habits. It may be wise to alter your diet, include more fruits and vegetables, or follow a vegetarian diet until the ovarian cysts shrink or dissolve. Other recommendations include diets rich in fruits, vegetables, garlic, legumes and whole grains. Eating less sugar and white flour also allows the body time to heal and rebalance itself.

Suggested Yogasanas:Sarvagasana, Matsyasana, Ardhmatsyendrasana, Paschimottanasana, Surya namaskar, Ushtrasana and all backward bending asana are recommended but they should be try under the supervision of an expert. The Ushtrasana and Pashchimottasana are more effective.

Suggested medicines: M2-tone, and Indukanthakashyam is good for preventing recurrence of ovarian cysts.
