Post Jaundice Diet and Precautions

Mujhe Pilia hua tha 3.5 hgpt2310. now Jaundice is .8 sgpt is 44.2 i am sales man cannot sit for a long time at home.

Kindly suggest me how to start my work and what to eat. My age is 41.

Hello,

As you have got elevated levels of liver function test which is leading to jaundice and due to which there may be chances liver function abnormality. So, after considering all these factors it is better to change your job profile as your profession is related to marketing where you need to travel a lot. Due to excess heat in your body may lead to some other problems. You have to take bath regularly and if possible twice daily and consume plenty of liquids. If you get platiane pith juice, it is very helpful. Avoid smoking or alcohol if you have habits. Follow proper diet and reduce oil foods, and spicy foods, and ever sour foods. Try to consume multigrain roti which is also helpful.Following medicines are helpful such as Livomap and Nirocil are helpful for your condition.

Practice regular yoga and pranayama which is helpful for you.
