Ayurvedic Medicine

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune condition which affects the synovial membrane of the joint. Hence it is not completely curable, but can be managed with Ayurvedic medicines in an efficient way. Ayurvedic medicines and treatments help to reduce the inflammation of the joints thereby will reduce the pain.

Rheumatoid Ayurvedic medicines can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

It is beneficial to eat easily digestable cooked warm food. Include turmeric, ginger, coriander, garlic and cinnamon. Reduce excess meat, salt, sugar, carbonated beverages and oil. Please do have regular checkups. You can take rest when there is pain due to the inflammation. It can be understood by the presence of the swelling. After the swelling subsides, you can do Ayurvedic treatments like oil massage, streaming oil, vasti or leaf poultice which will help to strengthen the joint and also will increase the production of the synovial fluid.
