Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Nasal polyps are small growths in the nasal cavity. It is seen due to chronic inflammation, allergies with recurrent infections. Symptoms like dyspnoea, snoring and loss of smell are seen. Ayurvedic medicines can be taken to reduce the phlegm and to reduce the polyps.

Ayurvedic medicines like Varunadi kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Talisa patradi churnam- 1tsp thrice or four times daily with honey and Divya Kanchanar Guggulu can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Include pepper, horse gram, tulsi, garlic, dried ginger, turmeric and honey. Reduce excess oil, refrigerated cold drinks, cold food, sweets and carbonated beverages. Warm herbal teas like Organic Tulsi Mulethi Tea will be beneficial. Avoid prolonged exposure to cold breeze that may increase the phlegm. Please do have regular checkups.
