Hi, I am 29 years old I have been trying for pregnancy past 8 yrs and i have been diagnosed with pcod. I took lot of medicine and gone under surgery like laproscopy and histrolaproscopy and also tried 5 times iui n 3 times Ivf, i always got success but pregnancy does not lastlong for more than 2,3 months, n now I am suffering from irregular menstrual cycle with heavy bleeding and heavy clots, my periods does not stop until I take heavy English medicine. I don't have sugar, BP, thyroid problem but I have been gaining weight n having facial hair. Please help me, for heavy menstrual irregular cycle n pcod

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Pcod is a common problem that delays to conceive due to the harmonal changes. Ayurvedic medicines must be taken between 3-6months based on the response of the medications. I shall suggest you medicines that will help to reduce the bleeding and also will regularise your periods. Please let me know after the bleeding stops.

Ayurvedic medicines like Musali khadiradi kvath - 15ml of kvath with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Asoka aristam - 20ml after food twice daily, Pushyanuga churnam and Divya Fal ghrit can be taken which will help to reduce the chances of abortion also.

Reduce excess meat, soya, broccoli, flax seed, oil, sugar and salt. Include turmeric, fiber, complex carbohydrate, fruits, horse gram and vegetables. Practise Yogasanas like Navasana, Utkadasana, Marichyasana, Supported Sarvangasana, ViparitaKarani and Paschimottasana. Trying to keep your weight under control will be beneficial.

You seems to have mainly hormonal issues and pranayama is the best yogic practice for this situation apart from medicines. Try pranayama daily in the morning in a peaceful and calm place for at least 60 minutes. Pranayam works at cellular level and bring more oxygen to organs. Do it for a month and share the results.
