Me(27) and my wife are narried for last 1 year and trying to have a baby. But we are not able to conceive. She got the test and all reports are ok. I got my semen analysis done Count is 110 M Volume:2.0 / ML Active:70% Pus cells :15 to 20 hpf

Doctor said my pus cell count is high. He advised to use Addjoya tablets. Is that enough or should I take any additional medicines
