Unidentified stomach problem(IBS or .....)

Dear Sir, My age is 27(male). I am into hardcore sales profession from past 4 years. About my daily routine;I do not a well scheduled lifestyle. i used to eat whatever was available at the closest(no specific diet) and also there was no specific food timing. many a times i used to skip my lunch.

many a times i have suffered from stomach infection and was cured in couple of days, but from last 5 months I am suffering from an unknown stomach infection. I have to go to the toilet 5-6 times a day. 2-3 hours after eating anything I have to rush to the toilet.it gets worse if my stomach is empty. I have consulted my family doctor after a months treatment he sent me to Gastroenterologist. i have gone through Stool test and blood test, but the reports are normal. i have also been through a huge weight loss(approx.11 kg)in last 3 months. previously i was 86 kg now its 75 kg. stools vary sometimes normal, sometimes mucus and sticky even 3-4 times i have observed little blood in stool. I have'nt observed pain any of the times its just discomfort in stomach and the motions that irritate me. According to the doctor it is not colitis nor they disclose anything. They just say continue with the medication, it will take some time.

please suggest me on this. As a sales profession it is also affecting my carrer and performance.

sir my age is 26 and weight 40kg i have indegistion problem for 10 years . mujhe roj koi na koi problem bani rehti hai kise di gas pet fullna khatti daker . kise din kabej pet bhara rehna to kise di decientry . hoti hai reports me kuch nahi ata . ct scan hochuka hai but kuch nahi nikla aur himoglobin kam rehta hai kuch bhi khu kuch nahi pehta juice moong dal kha ke sab try ker chuka but koi fiyda nahi hua .

Hello,The main reason for your problem is your job nature.According to ayurveda, Irregular eating habits along with outside hotel food will lead to the impairment of digestive fire and thus whole digestive system is affected.Improper digestion lead to improper metabolism and inadequate absorption of nutrients from food will lead to further loss of weight and energy.

As a first step towards treatment, you need to regularise your eating habits. Eat sufficient quantity of food at proper intervals of time. Do not take fat rich, oily, deep fried, processed canned foods. Stick on to a vegetarian diet . Have plenty of fruits and drink enough water.Always take easy to digest foods at the first stage of treatment. Do not starve yourself as this will increase the acidity of stomach and in turn worsen the situation.

For correcting the present imbalances in digestive system you can take our medicines. As with the nature of your work it is due to the wrong eating habits and stress that has increased the problem. It is very essential to take proper food at regular intervals, otherwise there be more secretion of the stomach acid which will lead to pain and alteration of the bowel movements. It can be something similar to Irritable bowel syndrome with more frequent bowel movements if it is not colitis from your investigations.

You can take medicines like Mustakaranjadi kasayam - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food, Vilvadi lehyam - 1tsp after food twice daily, Dadimadi churnam - 1tsp with buttermilk or honey twice after food for a month.

Eat easily digestable cooked food. Eat little at regular intervals. Include moderate fiber to avoid constipation after a few days. Avoid excess oil, sugar, salt, old reheated foods. Do gentle exercises and Yogasanas like padmasana and vajrasana to improve the digestion and to relieve the stress of the mind.
