Namastesir I am 48 years old man.mediabetes se pares an hu .muje do din pahle hi pata chala h or meri sugar bhot jyadah 300subah khali stomch h to muje kya kya khana chahiye or kya exersis karni chahiye ki meri sugar normal ho jaye .please muje jaldi jawab de.

Ayurvedic Medicine

As with your sugar level, please consult your nearest Allopathy doctor for allopathy medicines and further investigations like HBA1C. Medications or insulin is advised based on the sugar levels. It is necessary to control the blood sugar values to avoid any complications. The dosage of the medicines can be tapered based on the blood reports. Sugar Ghatak for Controlling Diabetes and Nisakadakadi kvath - 15ml with 60ml warm water before food twice daily can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Reduce excess cold refrigerated foods, sugar, salt, oil, carbonated beverages, refined flour and canned foods. Exercising regularly or practsing Yogasanas like dhanurasana, bidalasana, pavanamuktasana, paschimottasana, trikonasana will be beneficial.

Hello,Diabetic mellitus called madhumeha in ayurveda is a metabolic disorder in which the production of insulin by pancreas isaltered due to improper functioning of alpha cells of pancreas.It is advisable to perform HbA1C test to evaluate the average blood sugar levels for past 3 months.Other routine test like RFT, LFT etc should also be performed to evaluate any damage caused to vital organs due to raised sugar levels.It is advisable to consult a allopathic physician to start a dose of glemipride and metformin as soon as possible as uncontrolled sugar may damage the vital organs ofbody and ayurvedic medicines being slow in action are not as much recommend.To prevent neuropathy following medicines should be taken-1.Dhatri nisha- one tablespoon should be taken early morning empty stomach with luke warm water.2.Vasant kusmakar ras- 250mg with luke warm water after meals twice a day.Yogic exercises like gomukhasana,paschimottanasana, halasana, ardh matsyendrasana, mayurasana, padma bakasana should be practised in kids yogic camp along with pranayama like kapal bhatti, bhastrika and bhramri to calm the mind and thereby helping in regulating the insulin levels.
