Delivery of Orders
- Your order will be shipped to your delivery address with in 48 hours
of us receiving the order, Sunday and Holidays could be exception.
- Items are generally delivered to your delivery address within 1 - 2 weeks after the dispatch through EMS (Express Mail Service).

Your would be able to track status of your order online. We will
confirm you once the order is shipped and provide you with the tracking
number. To check on the delivery status of your order, please visit

tracking number provided to you. Your shipment tracking number will be
sent to you via email once the order is shipped. Please be sure to enter
all letters and numbers mentioned in the tracking number exactly as
they appear.

Note: In rare cases online delivery information might not be available online. Shipping Charges
- Our product prices are exclusive of shipping charges.
- Shipping charges are applicable as per your order total weight and
the region of shipment delivery. So you pay shipping charges once for
the total weight of your order and not for each product. This gives you
flexibility to order more quantity with small variation in total cost.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship to almost all countries except those that do not allow herbal items or where packages get returned or go missing.
Return Policy
We are confident that you will love our products, however if you are not
satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at within 7 days of
merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Returned
merchandise must be in original packaging, without the seal broken and
in original, saleable condition.
Upon the receipt of your returned
merchandise, you will be issued a refund of your purchase amount less
shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued in the same form as
initially paid.
What is the expiration date on the products?
We ship fresh stock. The dates marked on the bottles is the DATE OF
MANUFACTURE. Expiration dates are usually 3 years from date of
manufacture.
